Requirements:
Male, with maximum age is 26 years old
Bachelor's degree from any major but preferable from Naval Engineering, Maritime, Sea Transport Management, Logistic Management, Oceanography
Fresh Graduate are preferably to apply or experienced less than 1 year with minimum GPA 2.85
Willing to Travel all around indonesia
Willing to be placed in all our operation area in Indonesia (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi)
Strong physically and field oriented person

Requirements:
Must have min. 8 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical/ ceramics / plastic industries with 4 years in managerial levels.
Experienced with ISO 9001 & 5R
Experienced set up and implementation new factory.
Strong leadership, good team work, planning, straight, problem solving, shopfloor, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with hands-on management style in leading more than 300 production team members.
Have skills in production management & cost.
Fast learner is a must.
Mandarin is highly advantegous.
Preferably live in Tangerang Area
Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
